General
Program Meetings
There are at least four general program
meetings for all Home and School Association members each
year. The purpose of the meetings is to present programs
and/or conduct any necessary business. Our goal is to
present timely subject matters, so the topic of the evening
programs will typically be announced a short time before
the scheduled date. This enables us to be responsive to
addressing current issues of interest to our membership.
Watch for dates and details of our evening program meetings
on this Web site, in The
Bulletin, and in
flyers distributed through the schools.
Business Meetings
The
Home and School Association Board meets at least eight
times per year for the transaction of the H&SA's
business. All business meetings, also called Board
Meetings, are open to the general membership. Meetings are
generally held on the first Friday of the month. For a
schedule for this year, refer to the sidebar. All meetings
are held at Borough Hall at 9am.
Annual Meeting
Our
final meeting of the school year has traditionally been a
luncheon honoring retiring and long-serving teachers and
administrators, preceded by a meeting at which the H&SA
budget is presented and voted upon and the election of
Board members is held. All H&SA members are urged to
attend.
